<strong>What areas do you service?</strong>

Virtual Assistance is geographically boundless.

Onsite collaboration assignments are primarily within a 50 mile radius of downtown Houston, but not all. If your proposed project requires travel outside of the area, please do not allow that to deter you from contacting us!

<strong>How much does your service cost?</strong>

Due to the range of our services, no one size fits all.  For example, a transcription task would not cost the same as a website coding project.  Filing an eviction notice at the courthouse would not cost the same as a social media campaign.

Each Contract for Service is custom-tailored to fit the needs of that Client.  Variables include the type of work, the location at which the work is to be performed (virtual? onsite?) and the length/frequency of the assignment or proposed working relationship.

HGF offers competitive rates and our Clients unanimously feel we lend a positive return on investment. To receive an exact cost, specific to your scenario, please request a quote.

<strong>Am I required to purchase a minimum number of hours each month?</strong>

No.  We understand business demands fluctuate or may be seasonal.  Whether you need 5 hours one month, zero the next, and 50 the following, we are able to adjust according to your needs.

Of course, we are available for and welcome ongoing monthly, quarterly and annual arrangements, and have existing multi-year Clients to show for it!

<strong>Who are your Clients?</strong>

We predominantly support small business owners, solopreneurs and busy executives throughout the United States.

Because we are often:

    • integrated within a Client’s organization with the appearance of an internal employee, or,
    • performing both front and back office functions on behalf of a business or the business owner,

Client lists are not made public.  However, professional references may be made available at the time of a formal Proposal, in conjunction with a Statement of Confidentiality.

1)         Submit a Request for Quote.

2)        A Project Manager will contact you to further discuss the details of your needs.

3)        We generate a Proposal Bid for your review.

4)        Upon acceptance of the Proposal, a Contract for Service is executed.

5)        We start saving you time and money!
